  • Create an overview for your customers: In the project business in particular, it is important that you create transparency and that your customers have an overview of the progress. However, Asana is not ideal for collaborating with customers. That's why you can connect Asana with your external project management team, e.g. Plutio, and automatically synchronize tasks, deadlines and milestones. You only have to coordinate tasks once, and both your team and your customers are always informed.
  • Save completed Asana tasks in a table: In the free version of Asana, you will no longer see your completed tasks. However, it can be important to know these. That's why you can easily transfer completed tasks from Asana to a spreadsheet, such as GoogleSheets or Excel.
  • Create new projects in Asana from your CRM: Have you successfully won a lead and are you recording this important information in your CRM? Then let Asana automatically create a project for you based on a template. In this way, all relevant information is transferred and your team is immediately informed as soon as a new project is pending.
