From Coffee to Business Automation
The Makeitfuture story started in 2017, when the two cofounders Tiberiu Socaci and Petru Pop started Blu Coffee. It was the first subscription-based specialty coffee service in Romania.
In 2019, they started to look for an automated solution for synchronizing the online store orders with their Hubspot CRM system. It was during this search that they encountered Integromat, the previous brand name of Make.com. Weeks later, a shipping label mistake cost them a customer. That was the turning point.
Makeitfuture was born when they started automating everything with Make.com. What began as a coffee business became the foundation for an automation agency.
Today, Makeitfuture is the leading AI automation agency in Europe. Awarded "No.1 No-Code Company in EMEA Region 2024" and "AI Partner of the Year 2025" by Make.com. We are Platinum Partners of Make, Gold Partners of Airtable, and Zapier Certified Experts.
Makeitfuture is founded in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, now with offices in London and Paris. We are a team of approximately 30 experts: automation developers, web developers, AI specialists, and consultants, who speak 7 languages.
We specialize in AI agents, custom integrations, and workflow automation. Our focus is one thing: optimizing end-to-end business processes, with over 300 happy customers worldwide.
