One of the most comprehensive cloud CRMs on the market
Monday is a comprehensive CRM software that impresses with its intuitive and clear interface. The CRM fulfills the promise of structure and overview with different views, such as Gantt charts or Kanban boards, as well as bright colors. In addition, the CRM can be adapted to the different requirements of companies: Sprints or product roadmaps for software teams are possible, as well as project planning, construction schedules or details of subcontractors for companies in the construction industry. There are a total of 10 “sub-tools”: project management, marketing, CRM, task management, remote working, software development, creative, construction, IT and human resources.
Monday also offers its own integrations with a variety of applications from scratch: Office356, GSuite, Trello, Asana, Dropbox, Zendesk and many more. We can significantly expand this list with Zapier and Make and create further connections with Monday's excellent API.
A CRM is the heart of your customer processes: all important information and master data are collected here. This is exactly why it is so important that these are always up-to-date and accessible. With the Monday integration you get even more out of your CRM:

Integrate emails with Monday:
Communication will most likely be via email at some point in the project. It is therefore important that this exchanged information is also available in the CRM. By integrating e-mails with Monday, new contacts can be transferred to Monday or the conversation history can be integrated into CRM so that the entire team is always up-to-date. If you connect to other tools, such as accounting, then you save yourself the repetitive input of data there too.
Integrate task and project management:
Tools like Asana or Trello for internal task and project management are popular, even if Monday offers such functions itself. Integration is not a problem here either: New tasks, boards or projects can be automatically created from the information on a project as soon as a new contact or deal is created in Monday or vice versa: The information from your PM is automatically displayed in Monday.
Connect online appointments:
There are tons of tools out there for making appointments online. Most offer automatic confirmation or reminder emails in advance. But even more is possible through integration with Monday: Leads who book an appointment with you via software such as Calendly or Harmonizely are automatically created as a contact in Monday and are assigned a status. This way, no more leads are lost and you can optimally prepare for the conversation.
