If you have to learn more about it, stick to the blog till the end!

What Is Dynamic 365 CRM?

CRM itself is a data-driven solution that allows the business to interact in a better manner with the customers. There is no ambiguity around the fact that customers are an essential part of the business, and the way they feel about the business is directly linked to the success of the business.

Dynamics 365 CRM helps in maintaining customer relationships by keeping track of sales and marketing and by providing actionable data to strengthen the link.

Considering how useful the tool Dynamic 365 CRM is, businesses increasingly look forward to making the most out of it. And integrate it with other platforms so greater efficiency can be brought to businesses.

Dynamic 365 CRM Integration with Other Apps

The first question that arises is whether the integration between Sage and Dynamics 365 CRM is possible or not? The answer that follows right away is yes. In fact, it is very common. The following is how you can integrate your Sage with Dynamics 365.

But before that, one must ask whether these apps integrate with Dynamics 365 CRM or not? The answer right away is yes.

The following question is how you can integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other apps? This can be done with the help of a common data model, and then integration can happen.

There is a platform that enables the integration of the two apps or software. If you are looking for two powerful platforms that are no-code/low-code and offer powerful yet easily done integrations, then you need to discover more about Zapier and Make.

Integration With Zapier

Zapier integration is a tool that enables businesses to connect millions of apps and software for the purpose of sharing data across them, making the workflow easier, and simply automating the processes.

Make is yet another platform that supports the idea of integration. It is a no-code cloud-based automation platform that allows the workflow processes to be automated. Make provides unlimited opportunities for the integration in various modules apart from CRM. These include marketing, sales, operations, IT, HR, and whatnot.

A significant reason why one should think about using Make.com to integrate the apps is the fact alone that it brings various apps under one platform, making it easier for the business to use and bringing in efficiency.

The best part about Make is that it allows an integrating option in which all you need to do is drag and drop, and you are done!

So first things first, you need to install the Dynamics 365 CRM module in the make environment.

Next up, you need to create a connection. For this, you will be required to provide the Connection name, Client ID, Client Secret, Organizational Base URL, and validation key.

The following step will then ask you to add further information like adding module names and Entity names. Here you will be given the option of search, which will enable you to access a wide list of modules that are available. Select the one, add more needed information, and once the test is run successfully, you are done! There goes your automation, and you can view that in your Dynamics 365 CRM module too.

That is just a few of the functionalities that the integration of sage and dynamics 365 will have to offer. However, there is a separate list of benefits that the integration of Dynamics 365 and Sage has to offer.

Some of them are the following:

  • Increase the efficiency of the business
  • Increase the scale of the business
  • Automatic uploading of thousands of invoices daily
  • Customers will be kept updated at all times
  • Accurate finance monitoring
  • Offers a great debt-chasing feature

Why Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM With SAP?

SAP is known for its ERP (enterprise resource planning software. The integration offers the best of both worlds to the business. Here is why you should be thinking of integrating your SAP with Dynamics 365 CRM:

  • It is an end-to-end integration
  • It allows for 360 customer perspective
  • Allows for real-time data access
  • It is flexibly adaptable
  • It can be expanded really quickly.
  • Very convenient to use
  • Provides an optimal basis for planning and analysis
  • Help you to save hours of manual work
  • Brings in efficiency
  • Takes over monotonous work
  • Allows the team to be faster

The integration offers this and much more, leaving no reason not to do it in the first place.

Why Integrate Dynamics 365 With NetSuite?

NetSuite is cloud-based software that offers ERP (enterprise resource planning). The integration can be done with the help of middleware software such as Make or Zapier. The following are the benefits that can be achieved with the integration of NetSuite and Dynamics 365 CRM:

  • Ensures customer loyalty
  • Keeps customers updated
  • Customers are notified in real-time
  • Specific marketing to the targeted customers according to their behavior recorded

When the different software is operated on their own, there is a high chance that the effects that would have been achieved if integrated would be diminished. Hence, it’s ideal that the businesses ensure that their operations are made easier with the integration among the applications and software they use with consistency.

Another reason why you should be considering integrating the applications together is the fact that it helps in eliminating the redundancies among the tasks. This makes sure to save a lot of time and money, and most importantly, the motivation of the employees won't be diminished carrying out the same activities.

Furthermore, when Dynamics 365 CRM is integrated with other software, it will allow for more growth opportunities for the business. It is a no-brainer that businesses are only successful if their customers are content. With this integration, the efficiency of the business rises, and when the entire data of the customers is well-integrated, it becomes easier to manage the customers.

Cloud Integration, iPaaS, SaaS, BPA… Ough, hard to keep track of all these terms. They are currently used frequently (and increasingly) in the context of automation, and it is sometimes difficult to make a clear distinction and distinction. We have already written blog posts on the terms iPaaS, SaaS and BPA, but we’ll take them up again here to make the difference.

But let’s start with cloud integration, because that’s the central umbrella term in which we embed all the other technologies in this blog post.

  • Is available in real time
  • Can be accessed from almost anywhere
  • Reduce potential sources of error by entering the same data multiple times
  • Require less installation and maintenance

To illustrate these advantages, an example is suitable that we know well from our everyday work as an automation agency:

The central data to be used here is the data of a major customer. This can be the simplest information, such as the address. This address is required in numerous but completely different processes in the company: on the one hand, for correct invoicing in accounting. On the other hand, in the CRM system, where all the data of the large customer is also stored. But the address is also important in sales, for example, when employees go to the sales meeting on site.

Now the customer announces that the address of the company has changed after a move. This information will reach you by e-mail. There are now two options:

01. The e-mail is forwarded to all affected departments, accounting, sales, customer service, marketing… All persons open their corresponding program, CRM, accounting software, marketing tools (such as newsletter marketing) and change the data already stored there of the customer. This means that in multiple applications, different people do exactly the same thing: change one address.

02. But there is also an alternative: By connecting your applications, thus by integrizing them, the customer’s e-mail, or rather the information it contains about the address change, is automatically passed on to all affected applications: CRM, accounting, marketing, ERP. This does not require any clicks, because the cloud integration detects a trigger, i.e. address change, and thus automatically starts the process.

What sounds unimpressive in a single process becomes more effective when such a process occurs several times a day or weekly. Because there is a lot of data that is available in different applications and should always be correct. If these applications are cloud applications they are suitable for cloud integration.

But cloud integration doesn’t just happen. There are now a variety of applications that enable and implement this. Such tools usually allow us to link the relevant cloud applications on a central platform and define clear rules on when, how, where, how much data should be passed on and what happens to them.

IPaaS, SaaS, BPA, ABC – who can still see through it?

To realize cloud integration, there are various applications and technologies that are sometimes used interchangeably.

We have made a first distinction between iPaaS and BPA here.

We explain the term SaaS in more detail here.

Here the short version, again:

Cloud integration cannot be done without SaaS, iPaaS and BPA

Cloud integration is rather an umbrella term that includes numerous technologies, such as SaaS, iPaaS and BPA, and this is also absolutely necessary. Cloud integration is a concept that is made possible by appropriate technologies.

However, all terms share the commonality that they are cloud-based and thus offer enormous potential for growth and scaling. In addition, they are often cheaper to implement and maintain because changed requirements are easy to implement.

As an independent automation agency, we implement cloud integration according to your requirements. We use a variety of SaaS tools and iPaas (strictly speaking BPA) software. Together we find individual solutions that are flexible and scalable.
